Centigen relies on the quality of its staff and their desire to do a good job for their customers. It is, therefore, important for us to recognise the massive contribution they make to our success, and even more so if they ‘go the extra mile’ in pursuit of delivering quality service.

We believe strongly in the value of saying ‘thank you’ for a job well done and we do this in various ways.

Some of our roles are eligible to join our bonus scheme which is based on the individual’s performance throughout the year. We also have an annual Staff Recognition event, bringing all colleagues together to celebrate the achievements of individual members of staff and our high-performing teams which have gone above and beyond what’s expected of their role.

And each year we hold an event, designed to bring teams and departments together for a day of fun and a bit of team bonding.
