Learning and development

We are committed to training and developing staff to do their jobs, to further their careers and achieve their full potential, and our Investors in People ‘Gold’ award shows that we mean what we say.

If you need to learn new skills to do your job we will look at ways to provide this. It might be through in-house tutoring, formal learning with an external provider or maybe on-going one-to-one mentoring with a more experienced member of the team.

You may decide you would like to work towards a formal qualification and, if it’s relevant to the job you do, we will do all we can to support you.
