The Elim Housing Group comprises social housing landlord, Elim Housing Association and Lime Property Ventures (LPV), a commercial subsidiary established in early 2016.
The Group currently owns and manages around 800 homes in England and Wales, comprising of general needs homes, supported housing units, and Gypsy and Traveller Pitches. Their portfolio also includes rental and privately owned flats and houses along with 25 units of student accommodation.
Elim’s main focus lies in the four key local authorities of Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucester and South Gloucestershire.
Centigen Facilities Management began working for Bristol-based Elim Housing Association in July 2015 on a four-year contract, delivering grounds maintenance and cleaning services across its sites in Bristol, Weston super Mare, Gloucester, Cheltenham and South Wales.
As a social enterprise business, Centigen prides itself in the quality, value, efficiency and customer satisfaction it provides, so before winning the contract with Elim Housing, Centigen visited every site and talked to residents to find out exactly what they wanted to receive from the service.
“We know we deliver competitively-priced quality work and our ethical roots, environmental conscience and charitable purpose strike a chord with many potential clients,” said Martin Tregoning, Business Development Executive for Centigen. “We are really looking forward to establishing a long-term and mutually-rewarding business relationship with Elim Housing.”
Centigen is a Gloucestershire based facilities management company which has been providing invaluable behind the scenes services such as grounds and building maintenance and commercial cleaning to clients within the South West for more than xx years.
