The Elim Housing Group comprises social housing landlord, Elim Housing Association and Lime Property Ventures (LPV), a commercial subsidiary established in early 2016.

The Group currently owns and manages around 800 homes in England and Wales, comprising of general needs homes, supported housing units, and Gypsy and Traveller Pitches.  Their portfolio also includes rental and privately owned flats and houses along with 25 units of student accommodation.

Elim’s main focus lies in the four key local authorities of Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucester and South Gloucestershire.

bowden hallCentigen Facilities Management began working for Bristol-based Elim Housing Association in July 2015 on a four-year contract, delivering grounds maintenance and cleaning services across its sites in Bristol, Weston super Mare, Gloucester, Cheltenham and South Wales.

As a social enterprise business, Centigen prides itself in the quality, value, efficiency and customer satisfaction it provides, so before winning the contract with Elim Housing, Centigen visited every site and talked to residents to find out exactly what they wanted to receive from the service.
